I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, highlighted by a fantastic massage experience that left me rejuvenated. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Dining at STK was delightful, but be mindful of room service timing. Future guests should definitely explore the spa services for a truly relaxing time!

my stay at the westin was gorgeous. the signature family room was spacious and comfortable. it's so close to major attractions, making our city exploration easy. the excellent bar service was a highlight, ensuring we felt pampered throughout our stay. plus, the kids loved the indoor pool!

The spa & wellness centre was absolutely amazing! I loved how refreshing the indoor pool felt after a long day exploring. Though breakfast could improve, it was still a decent experience. a memorable stay! 🙂

The stewed partridge I tried was absolute bliss! Plus, the pressure-free vibe of the nearby OXO Tower Restaurant and the cozy Eats & Bits Cafe had me buzzing with excitement. Definitely a win for culinary explorers!

The sauna left me a tad underwhelmed, with chilly feet from the gap at the door and no steam or stones to warm them up. A cheeky oversight in an otherwise sparkling experience.

Miscommunication from staff could be improved!!! Several amenities, like toiletries, were missing or inadequate, which is disappointing for a luxury hotel!!!

I just stayed in the Signature King Room, and it was absolutely delightful! The heavenly bed made every night feel like a cloud-like dream, and the elegance of the room's design had me feeling like royalty. Plus, the breakfast spread was a feast for the senses, featuring freshly baked pastries that were simply irresistible!

My stay was amazing with exceptionally friendly staff who went above and beyond, especially at the front desk. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly baked pastries and a wide range of organic options. The views of the Thames from the lobby and dining area were simply stunning, creating a serene atmosphere. One downside was the slight noise from the street during peak hours, which could be distracting.

Couple’s retreat perfect with a few flaws

The staff were incredibly friendly, like I was family, which is rare in places like this. The spa experience was top notch, just what we needed to unwind after a long day.

Not the cheapest place around but for what you get, was still acceptable.

The Signature Family Room was spacious with two comfy beds and a private bathroom featuring nice toiletries. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the spa offered relaxing massages. The breakfast had an extensive buffet with fresh pastries and organic juices. The location was easy to navigate to St Paul's Cathedral.

Had a wonderful time! The spa was simply the best, and the beautiful design made it so special. Also loved a cozy bar with excellent service overlooking the river. I'd definitely come back!

I loved my stay here, especially the comfortable bedding and the spacious bathroom. The indoor swimming pool and full body massage at the spa were amazing for relaxation. Just a small thing, the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊
